The ILI School has a qualified teaching staff, specialised in the teaching of Italian as second language (L2) and trained in intercultural communication. All of the teachers are native Italian speakers, having a degree in Italian, foreign languages or equivalent, along with holding Level 1 FSEA certificates or having completed specialisation courses in didactic/linguistic disciplines, as well as having didactic qualification certificates/diplomas.
Our teachers have extensive experience in the field of L2 Italian language teaching and follow a continuous training course through the ILI Workshops (continuous internal training for ILI teachers).
The ILI teachers are linguistic facilitators and, as such, are familiar with the principles of intercultural education and know how to manage the welcoming and inclusion of the students into different contexts, paying particular attention to the problems of intercultural communication both in terms of the verbal and, above all, the non-verbal.
Each teacher, with their own uniqueness and their own didactic methods, adds a personal touch to teaching the Italian language.
